My-PRO Subscription and Account Questions
  1. How do I subscribe to the My-PRO System?
  2. Simply click on the "Free Trial" link at the top of this page and you will be taken to the subscription information page. There is a link at the bottom of that page to begin your subscription process.

  3. How much is the subscription?
  4. The subscription price is $24.95 a month. You have a $24.95 setup fee that is charged during your setup process. You may cancel anytime during your 30 day trail period and the monthly fee of $24.95 will not be charged to your credit card or payment method.

  5. Is there a contract with this subscription?
  6. There is NO contract with our service. It is strictly on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time.

  7. How do I cancel my subscription?
  8. There is only one way to cancel your subscription. Simply login to your Personal Relationship Office (PRO). You will notice a link on the left side of the screen called "Cancel My-PRO." Just click on the link and follow the simple steps to cancel your site.

  9. How do I contact customer service or get help?

    Visit our Contact Us screen for all the details on contacting customer service.

My-PRO Common Questions

  1. What is the web address for my personal page?
  2. Your unique and personalized web address for your page is:

    www.YTBPRO.net/loginname

    Now, the "loginname" is the login name you chose when setting up your site. You chose a login name and a password when setting up your site. Your login name is the name you chose - just simply "add that" to the end of the web address to go to your personal page.

    Let's say for example I chose a login name of - kyle

    Then my unique and personalized web address would be:

    www.YTBPRO.net/Kyle

  3. How do I test my site as a guest?
  4. Go to your personalized replicating web page. Sign the guest book as a guest. Make sure you use an e-mail different from the one you used with your system.

  5. Is there an auto-responder system?
  6. Yes, there is an auto-responder system. It is setup automatically for you when you register your subscription. You also have the ability to customize the system anyway you want.

    Anytime a guest visits your site - immediately upon signing your guest book they are sent an initial "welcome" e-mail. This e-mail is already setup and is customized to you.

    The system is setup by default to send out an e-mail every 3 days for 24 days (8 messages). Each e-mail gives you a "point of contact" with your prospect and reminds them to visit your site if they haven't already.

    You can customize your auto-responder system by going to the Contact Manager in your PRO. Once there you will see links down the left hand side that will lead you to the deferent customization options.

    Access the Contact Manager specific help by click on the "help" button at the top right of your screen in your Personal Relationship Office (PRO).

  7. Is there a contact manager?
  8. Yes there is a Contact Manager! You can access it by going to your PRO and clicking on the Contact Manager button.

    The Contact Manager is a place for you to keep track of all interaction with your prospects through the system or off the system. The PRO Tracking reports are added to each guest records.

    Guests are added to your Contact Manager when they visit your site and sign your guest book or when you add a new contact manually.

My-PRO Training Questions

  1. Where can I find more help and training on the system?
  2. There are four ways you can receive training on this system:

    1. This site: You are currently in the "training" section of this My-PRO.net site. There is this section - FAQ and there is a training page for your convenience.
    2. The My-PRO.com site: Login to your Personal Relationship Office and click on the help button at the top right of the screen. You need to take the "Audio Tour" and watch the "Demo Video Tour." There is also specific help on each section of the PRO.
    3. Attend one of our training conference calls. Click here - for a listing of the conference call times and days.
    4. Your Sponsor or the person who referred you to this site can help you in many ways. They are usually more familiar with the system than you. They would be happy to help you with your system.

  3. What is my Sponsor ID and/or Rep ID?
  4. Your Rep ID# is your BIZrep ID# with YTB. This ID# was given to you when you joined YTB.

    Your Sponsor ID# is the BIZrep ID# of the person who sponsored you into YTB.

  7. How do I test my site as a guest?

    Simply go to your site as a guest and sign your guest book. Make sure you use a deferent e-mail address than the one you used to register your site with.
