Home -> System System Hi, my name is Kyle Newton, creator of the My-PRO system. I want to congratulate you on taking your time to review this brief Demo Tour of how this system can work for you!
Our systems have been working in the Network Marketing industry for over two years now and many top organizations and money earners are using this system to build their Network Marketing organizations. I want to jump right in to this tour. The purpose of this video is to give you a quick and basic understanding of how this system works in a "real world" prospecting scenario. If you want more details of exactly how everything works feel free to visit one of our more "in-depth" videos or discussion sections on this website. I'm going to use a "typical" prospecting scenario as our example. Obviously, there are literally 10s of thousands of ways a prospecting scenario could work. But for our example we will use a common one found in our industry. So, let's begin! Let's say, for example's sake, I'm a BIZrep with your company. I've been with your company for some time now, I know the program, compensation plan and know all about the products and/or services you offer. I've been in the Network Marketing Industry for years now and have all the skills necessary to be a successful leader and team builder in your company. So today let's say I'm spending some time with my family in the local Mall. The kids and my wife have just stopped into one of the Toy Stores to do some shopping and I'm casually waiting outside while they shop. All of the sudden right in front of me is my old high school buddy Mark. We great each other exchange pleasantries and catch up on the past a little bit. I ask him what he's doing now and where he is working and he does the same back to me. Of course, here is my golden opportunity to share with him my business. Now I have several options here on how to share the business. I want to encourage you to speak with your sponsor and up-line to find out from them the best methods they use in this situation. But, no matter which approach I take I'm going to need to get him in front of the opportunity one way or the other. And the best way to do that is through sales and presentations materials. Before I spend time on how to use our Internet based system in this prospecting scenario I want to let you know I'm really a "Warm Market" anti-Internet kind of guy! Now I know you may not believe that since I created an Internet based system but let me explain! Our industry, the Network Marketing Industry, is a relationship marketing industry. It is about word-of-mouth and relationship marketing. It is not about automated systems communicating back and forth between themselves. You cant' say I'll have my auto-responder system get with your auto-responder system and we'll touch base latter. It just doesn't work that way. Real people need to communicate in the "Real World" about your real financial opportunity. Anything short of that won't work or at least won't last long. Now, I may have offended a few people here and I do apologize because that's not my goal. But especially the Internet techies who think they can do this thing all on-line I may have raised your temperature a bit. Well, if you think you can build an organization exclusively on-line then our system is a Ferrari for you with all of its powerful systems. But, I have to be honest with you I didn't create the system for you. Oh yeah, you'll get excited over everything we offer. Systems you can't find anywhere else because they are Patent Pending. But, I hate to rain on your parade I'm just one of those old-school marketers who think real people, talking in the real world makes for a real business. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know where I'm coming from on this. As you will see our system is not as much about the Internet and all the hyped up systems and auto-responders, and contact managers, etc. as it is about communication and the new level of communication the Internet can afford us. And while we are speaking about afford - our system levels the financial playing field for all reps. No matter how many people you want to prospect you can do it for less than the price of a few videos or brochures. But, we can talk more about that later. Now back to our story. I have already determined in my conversation with Mark that he is on the Internet. He had discussed his use of it in his line of work. So I know he must be comfortable checking e-mail and visiting websites. If he wasn't then obviously I wouldn't want to point him to my website. If I knew he was "Anti-Internet" then the last thing I would want him to do is talk to him about he web. Talking about the web would turn him off and he wouldn't even hear me about my opportunity and I lost my chance before I even go out of the gate or he go to hear about my awesome opportunity. But, since Mark likes computers and expressed an interest in my opportunity I handed him one of my cards with my personalized and unique web address on it for him to visit. He told me he was to busy this week to attend one of our local meetings so I told him to visit the site to get some initial information and I would be back in touch with him toward the end of the week to see when we could schedule some time together the next week. I was sure to get his phone and e-mail address and told him I would be sending him an e-mail this afternoon that would have the web address in it for his convenience. He seemed very excited about learning more about the company and opportunity. We chatted for a little bit longer and both then went on our way. Later that afternoon after arriving back home form our shopping trip I took a moment and entered Mark into my contact manager. By placing his first name, last name and e-mail into my contact manager it automatically sends him out a personalized message from me inviting Mark to visit my website and giving him a little bit more information about my company. Mark to returned home a little bit later and decided to sit down at his computer for a few minutes and take a look at what we had talked about at the mall. He opened his e-mail program and there was the e-mail that my system automatically sent out to him. He read through the brief text in the e-mail and then clicked on my unique link taking him directly to my page. Once, there Mark saw the picture of my wife and me and saw that our names were clearly on the page. He knew he was in the right spot so he quickly filled out the guest book and continued. He is instantly taken to the first presentation I have setup to come first, in this instance it is the Legal Overvewi presentation. He spends just a few short minutes watching this presentation and continues on to the Main Menu. Here Mark spends the next 35 minutes watching the Turning Fun Into Fortune and then a few other minutes looking at products and services and other areas of the site. He then has to go be with his kids so he closes his Internet Explorer and leaves his office to be with his wife. What has happened here? In the comfort of his own home and on his time schedule he has taken a look at my opportunity! He didn't have to leave home, get a baby sitter or change his already busy schedule to take a look at my opportunity! This is powerful! But at this point I have to follow up. Normally I would have to give him a call and find out if he visited my website and had a chance to watch one of the powerful flash presentations. Now that is not a problem for me because I'm a leader in my company. Rejection doesn't register on my scale. I don't take NO personally. I just know that "No" means that person isn't in a place in their life to see this awesome opportunity so just simply move on to someone else who does. But let me let you in on a little secret. Even though Mark has left my site it doesn't mean my system is done doing its job. We call our system My-PRO. It stands for "My Personal Relationship Office" or PRO for short. I have a PRO Assistant working for me 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Once Mark left my site My-PRO sent me a report via e-mail called a - PRO Tracking Report. This report tells me Mark's Name, E-mail, Phone and how long he was on my site.
The PRO not only tells me how long he was on my site but My-PRO Assistant tells me each page Mark visited and how long he was on that page. Now that information is valuable because two of the presentations he visited were Multimedia Flash Videos. These videos can be played on the "oldest of computers" and the "slowest of Internet connections." By knowing that he spent 35 minutes or more on the Turning Fun Into Fortune I know he watched the complete video and by knowing he spent 4 minutes on the Legal OverviewI know he watched the video. I can also see all the other pages he visited and know what he is interested in. So, what do I do next? Send and E-mail? Let the auto-repsonders that are going out to him close him on my opportunity? Do nothing? Of course, not! Even though he will be receiving automatic follow up messages from me what I need to do is go back to what makes MLM what it is! Personal relationship and personal contact! So I do that follow up call with Mark. I hear he is very interested and he attends my local meeting the next week and joins the company that night at the meeting!! I congratulate myself - I have a new rep in my business through the power of this system and the use of tried and true Network Marketing "belly-to-belly" principles!! Now what? I have this new team member what now am I going to do with him? Of course, I'm going to get him on the very system that I used to recruit him! It is the system that appealed most to him and it is a very duplicable system. Heck it saves him money on his prospecting efforts and as you will see in just a moment it does a WHOLE LOT MORE!! I send Mark to my site, he click on "Get My-PRO" and registers for his own site. What this does is also "connect" my site to his as you will see in just a moment. Instantaneously Mark is plugged into immediate and automated training on how to use the system and get started prospecting with our company! The training walks him through training and action steps like building a list. But not just building a list but building a list through his new very own personalized contact manager. And by building this list in his contact manager he is already beginning his prospecting efforts because those people are receiving a welcome letter and a personalized link to visit his site. Now Mark continues on his training in which we teach him more about using the site and following up and working with his warm market. All the while his system is inviting people to take a look at his opportunity. Obviously, Mark is directed to make calls to these people also - but their invitations are in the mail! But here is where the power of our system really kicks in. When Mark's new guests start visiting his site what is Mark going to get??? A PRO-Tracking Report right? But, what is Mark going to do with that report? Yes the report helps eliminate his rejection! That guest was his big brother Tom. Mark is really intimidated by Tom because Tom has always been his "big brother." And even now Tom appears to be much more successful in life than Mark. Tom has the big house, the cars the "dream life." So Mark is a little reluctant about approaching Tom. But to Mark's credit he went ahead and gave him a call and told him he would be coming by to talk to him about the opportunity but he was sending him an e-mail for him to review our site before he stopped by. And there it is! Just one day in the company and Mark's brother Tom has already visited his site, spent over 65 minutes on his site and appears to be interested based on his spending so much time reviewing all the materials! Mark is excited but there is just one problem! Mark doesn't know anything about our company! He has never explained the company, the pay-plan, discussed the products and services and he doesn't have knowledge on how to handle the always present questions prospects fire away at us! Now obviously Mark is going to have to get trained and get competent in doing this. But we are talking about his first day in the business and he hasn't developed these kinds of skills in his current line of work. This industry and its skills are foreign to him. Now what happens normally when a new team member has a hot prospect! Well first, normally they don't even know when they have a hot prospect. They have to follow up to find out about their prospects interest. Now I know in an ideal world this would happen all the time. I just have to say my experience has been this normally doesn't happen for many reasons! But with our system Mark knows instantly. But even more than that he still may be reluctant to call me his sponsor. For what ever reason - whether he is intimidated by me or intimidated by Tom and is concerned about how the follow up process may work and whether he would be embarrassed . But with our system not only is Mark notified of his new prospect but I am too! What that means is me - the full-time Networker who has been fully trained in the industry and our company is instantly notified of my team's hot prospects!! What does this mean for me? Simply I now have the information I need to truly Network my Network!! This is the true and untapped gold-mind in network marketing. But, before our system, the communication needed to make this truly efficient and effective has never existed before! But now it is available to you and your team!! Think about it! What would it mean to you and your organization if "The Right People were Communicating at the Right Time about the Right Things!" Actually that is the slogan we use to describe our system! Let me give you the answer to that question if you haven't already figured it out! People join our opportunity, teams grow and financial independence is gained by all! And all of this is occurring by reducing prospecting costs for the average rep and empowering the leaders to know with whom, when and about what they need to follow up with their team! I believe you have seen the "real world" application of our system! I believe by this point the "old-school" network marketers like me have seen the way this system enhances and empowers our current recruiting and prospecting efforts. And even though I may have offended the Internet Techies earlier I believe if that is you - you have now seen an Internet based system that truly has a whole lot more substance than hype! And I know that is refreshing for everyone! This is why our system is being embraced by marketers of all types and backgrounds. The use of this tool is fully customized to your existing marketing style. If you want to simply use if to cost effectively get your opportunity in front of more prospects with greater efficiency then just send them to your website and then just check your e-mail. It is just that simple! For the leaders it actually tells you in your E-mail PRO-Tracking report what team member has the hot prospect! You don't' even have to ever login to the PRO office if you don't like all the Contact Managers and other techie stuff! Once you spend a few short minutes filling in some blanks during the setup of your site literally you never have to touch it again. It works automatically for you! And of course, for the techies you have seen tools and systems you have never dreamed possible. Actually we see techies join companies who use our system just because the system is in place.
